Heat 1/2 tablespoon of the oil in a hot frying pan and crumble your tofu into the pan with your hands, so it resembles scrambled eggs.
Add the turmeric, paprika, and a pinch (or a few pinches) of salt and pepper, according to your taste.
Drizzle over the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of oil, and cook until the tofu starts to brown.
Add the lime juice and give it a good stir.
Take the tofu off the heat and serve immediately.
