Womb Yoga

Make time for self-care with restorative yoga – each class acts as a mindful retreat to draw you out of the distractions of daily life, nourish your mind and body, and bring you back to your centre.
These classes serve as a powerful elixir for stress. It’s perfect for people who are constantly on the go, recovering from illness or injury, or simply craving more balance in their lives. You’ll have the opportunity to soothe your mind and body with tension-dissolving postures designed to help you completely unwind.

Peaceful Pregnancy: 4 Week Pregnancy Yoga Course
Starts Monday 8th February 7-8:30pm GMT (UK) – recordings available

Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful system of self-care which helps mothers-to-be to effectively reduce stress and anxiety, as well as induce soothing feelings of calm, ease, and relaxation.
In these classes, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the changing landscape of your body, invite in what feels good for you (and your baby), and build your own unique yoga experience – since each and every pregnancy is different.
Energy exchange: £50 for the whole course

My classes are inclusive and open to all womxn at every level of yoga experience, of every colour/shape/size/age/identification/orientation, at every stage of life. You are welcome. All you need is an open mind, an open heart, and air to breathe.
To me, yoga is a sacred self-care practice. Free movement and intuitive self-expression are encouraged throughout the class, as is developing the ability to tune into (and honour) your own body’s needs.
My intention is for you to feel totally comfortable and at ease; you’re invited to come to the mat exactly as you are.
