Who is mindfulness coaching suitable for?
This offering is perfect for any woman who describes herself as an empath, high sensitive, or people-pleaser who feels stressed out (and is ready to make a change!).
If you ever say yes when you want to say no, feel overwhelmed by the amount you’ve got on your plate, struggle to express your needs and ask for what you want, find it hard to stick to your guns, worry about other people’s feelings more than your own, or feel like you’re surrounded by people who sap your energy but you’re not sure how to lovingly let them go… working with me is ideal for you.
However, this offering is not appropriate for women who are currently struggling with serious mental health concerns. Please get in touch if you’re unsure whether coaching is suitable for you at this time.
How does it actually work?
So much of our suffering as women is related to a rejection of ourselves and our needs. The intention behind this work is to value our own feelings, needs, and desires as much as those of others.
The practical tools and techniques I use as a coach are derived from various therapeutic healing modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Nonviolent Communication, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. These therapies are rooted in the belief that it’s only possible to heal trauma, improve well-being, and restore wholeness if we’re able to set healthy boundaries and be kind to ourselves as we navigate our lives.
What’s included in the coaching package?
When you sign up to work with me, you’ll get instant access to exclusive resources to help you prepare for our first session. During each 90-minute coaching call, you’ll receive 1:1 support from me with personalised practices tailored to your needs.
After each session, you’ll receive access to additional resources to help you integrate your healing and develop the skills you’re learning. You’ll also get priority aftercare support from me via email between sessions, if necessary.
