Take these 4 steps to clear mental clutter

Becki
May 16, 2022

Feel like your mind’s too busy, as if it’s got a million tabs open?

You’re so not alone.

(I have ADHD, which means my brain always feels that way.)

Today I wanna share my *instant fix* for clearing mental clutter.

I learned this practice from Eben Pagan, a business coach whose productivity tips have literally saved my sanity over the years.

Here’s the simple 5-step process:

  1. Write down all your worries.
  2. Cross out every worry that’s either hypothetical or outside of your control.
  3. Create a short to-do list from the remaining worries on the list.
  4. Take one small action towards resolving one of these worries.
  5. Rinse and repeat step 4.

Then exhale.

Congratulate yourself on clearing a whole bunch of mental clutter.

Use that newfound space to create something magical for yourself and others. ✨
