If you’re new to womb wellness, here’s your at-a-glance guide to what your body’s up to at each phase of your menstrual cycle!
Although we often only pay attention to our bleed (because it hurts, or we find it inconvenient), our body’s innate intelligence is constantly communicating with us – and tuning into these shifting energy patterns means we can become smarter about how we spend our time, energy, and effort every month.

Seed Cycling & Master Food List
As a cyclical beings, a huge part of self-care is adapting our lifestyle (including the foods we eat, the way we move, and the activities we undertake) to each of our ‘inner seasons’.
There’s mounting evidence that suggests certain foods and methods of cooking are more suitable for each phase of our cycle. The easiest way to get started with this is by seed cycling – adding flaxseed/pumpkin seeds into your diet in the spring and summer seasons, and sesame/sunflower seeds in the autumn and winter (I personally find it easiest to add them to oats, smoothies, salads, and soups).
