How does it work?
Each session is uniquely tailored to your personal struggle with meditation, and is designed to help you make it a consistent daily habit.
We’ll start out by identifying what’s currently getting in your way, and come up with a plan to get you started on your journey. I’ll then guide you through a couple of specifically-chosen techniques to help you tackle whatever issue you’re facing.
We’ll then have a chat about what worked for you, what didn’t, and how you can move forward with this life-changing practice.
What will I get?
You’ll receive 1-2 hours of personal instruction and coaching, plus a:
- Custom meditation plan, based on your unique needs and desires
- PDF cheat sheet so you can use the technique unguided
- Bespoke guided meditation, recorded exclusively for you based on the technique you choose
How much is it?
1 hour intensive session: 15-30 minute personal coaching plus guided meditation practice, £75
2 hour intensive session: 60-90 minute personal coaching plus guided meditation practice, £99 (best value)
