Coaching gives you super individualised support – when you hire a coach, you’re basically hiring a support system. You’ll have someone objective to talk about your deepest thoughts, who’ll cheer you on whilst you work on creating an awesome life.

How does it work?
You’ll get the exact strategies and techniques I’ve used to design, and live, my own ideal life, and supported countless others to do the same. As a coach, I’m here to encourage and support you to fulfil your dreams.
The process is as follows:
- Make the decision to do whatever it takes to change your life.
- Book a free initial session with me to chat about what you’d like to work on, and to get to know each other better.
- Complete the pre-client questionnaire – this helps me to evaluate whether my coaching services would be a good fit for you.
- Attend the session, and experience a dollop of ‘aha’ moments with a dash of valuable insight.
- Purchase a coaching package if you decide I’m the right coach for you, and get ready for some serious transformation.
The true beauty of mindset coaching is that it can be applied to almost any area of life, such as:

What happens during the sessions?
You’ll receive instruction and tuition from me on the week’s topic, and you’ll be guided through activities, meditations, and reflective discussions.
Do I need to attend every session?
Yes – if you want to get the most out of the course, you’ll need to attend all 8 sessions. The course is structured so that each week builds on the last.
What extra resources will I receive?
You’ll receive access to meditations each week for your home practice, a bespoke PDF journal to track your progress, reading recommendations and weekly homework tasks in the form of “mindful activities”.
Can’t I learn it myself?
Short answer: Yes, but it would take a lot longer than if you attended this course!
Simply put, you’re paying for my time, but also my expertise – I’ve been there, done that, gathered all the research and done the training for you. I have an amazing formula to teach you, packed full of brilliant tools, techniques and strategies to get you exactly where you want to be.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
It’s unlikely – MBCT is a scientifically researched course recommended by the NHS, so you can rest assured it’s of the highest standard and quality.
MBCT is also the only mindfulness course recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE).
What if I have a question that hasn’t been answered anywhere here?
